Charlie Engle, is a 48 year old recovering addict now marathon runner and family man who has been convicted of mortgage fraud. He is now spending 21 month in a Federal prison. How he got there is suspect. Running In Place is his site. All his posts are inspiring and interesting. I picked this post because it is, what I think is, a true account of what prison would really like for an average person.
